Anime World Star has had some sketches in the 
past.  I have a few from when they auctioned some 
on YJ.  I wish I had bought more at the 
time! ;_;  

Mandarake and Yahoo Japan also occasionally get 
settei and conte sets.  Terrouna has a gorgeous 
harmony cel from it in her gallery as well.
