I saw that wording as well, and it made me a 
little leery as well.

If I was to guess, I *THINK* they mean that it is 
a very rare cel.  (But who wants to guess with a 
$2k purchase?)  If you have any interest, e-mail 
them and ask the question pointedly.  :-)

The only thing I can add is that Lady Tokimi cels 
(perhaps this same one) have shown up for auction 
a few times over the last 4 years, always for this 
price, and always with zero bidding interest.  ;-)
