An update doesn't necessarly mean that a site has 
new cels; it can be anything that effects the 
site's normal processes.

The news about them moving is helpful to people 
like myself who keep addresses written down 
instead of always looking them up. If they don't 
make a notice that their moving, people may send 
payment to the correct address... but the wrong 
person. They're also letting you know that they 
will be slow to respond and orders delayed. So 
all in all... that update isn't a waste at all.
