Thanks for the reply's. Well as a result of this 
event I have taken down both my cel galleries 
until I find a way to stop people like the person 
on ebay from doing this again.  Well still have 
not heard from ebay, that is a lost cause. I did 
talk to the person whi is selling the mini cel's 
but he/she will not take down the auction. Well 
going to post to other forums and let everyone 
know what is going on. Thanks and keep the 
reply's coming maybe there is a way to stop this 
auction yet.
