There is a nice Kenshin cel I have been watching
on someone's Cels for Sale page.  It is a very
nice portrait shot with him smiling.  Comes with
original background and sketch.  His/her asking
price is $450.  Is that considered to be too much?

I don't think it is from any important scenes.
