Ulead makes a collection of four programs called 
Web Razor Pro 2.0.  I found a box at a local 
computer show.  One of the programs is a gif 
animator.  I know I've seen it available through 
the web too (try zdnet.com   They have just about 
everything available listed.  Go to the downloads 
section and do a search.).  It's pretty easy to 
use.
