The OP asked what sounds we make when we got 
bent packages... and that is the sound I made 
cause it was clear as day that my packages were 
poorly packed as soon as I saw them.  Those were 
my 2 personal experiences with bent packages, 
and that is honestly exactly how I reacted.  I 
was making no reference WHATSOEVER to the OP's 
package or seller.  OP asked for what we do; and 
thats exactly what I did.  I hope that clears 
that up.. it wasn't meant to imply that every 
bent package in the world = a stupid seller.  
LOL.  Not at all.  Maybe I should've stayed out 
of this topic.. I didn't expect it to turn into 
a long trail of responses.. LOL.

I'll throw in my cel packing method too - 
3 "stacked" large flat priority mail boxes, kept 
flat.  I put the cel in a priority envelope and 
slip it in the middle box and the whole thing is 
taped together on the edges.  This way it has a 
wide surface area, which is harder to bend, and 
so thick that I can't imagine it ever getting 
creased.  It's quick and easy to do, too. :)
