Well... In the end, cels are not made for 
collectors but for the camera and after that, for 
the trash can. So when the image sucks anyways, 
why not give it a new try to be useful? Wrapping 
material's better than WC paper, right? I sent a 
few Hakkenden cels with other cels to make the 
package less bendable, too. They were crap.

The second one I didn't quite understand...
