Since I don't know the cel in the new thread 
started by Star Phoenix, I thought I'd continue 
this one.  The cel posted by cosplaying melissa 
is Romeo from Romeo's Blue Sky.  Good series!  I 
have a lot of cels from it (and the complete 
laserdisc set, but I'm obsessive ^_^;;). Anyway, 
here's another cel.  Maybe it's not too hard.  
Anyone want to guess?
