I once listed a Nuriko fancel and  I listed it 
for, like, $30 (can't really remember) and only 
one was bidding - the auction ended $75. 
eBay should really make sure one user can't raise 
an amount all alone without other users bidding 
up as well...
I had a good laugh though ;)
