Hmmm.  All those I Ching wards and the skillful 
application of Feng Sui was not enough for the 
curse.  I am currently going through a major 
sewer repair job having discovered that an ex- 80 
foot pine tree had its roots in the sewer main 
causing it to back up into my lower level.  At 
least my neighbor is paying for half of the 
repairs because we share ownership of the 100+ 
year old system.  I guess I need to put up more 
mirrors to reflect the shar (negative) chi. (^_^)
