I have never had any experence with tape, but I 
noticed you said that you will probably end up 
framing cels. 

You probably already know this, but do yourself 
a big favor and get UV protectant glass to frame 
with. If you do not, your cels will more then 
likely fade. I remember when I first started 
collecting and I tried framing a cel and didn't 
use UV glass, all the midnight dark lines 
disappeared =( I ended up selling it for half 
the price I bought it for...
