So I bought this cool cel with the matching 
original background and the same day I saw the 
pencil layout up for auction by the same seller. 
Shouldnt this have been sold together? It  
really made me feel obligated to get the layout 
which I did and luckily nobody bid on it except 
me. 
Obviously the owner can do whatever he wants 
with his auctions..but shouldnt the layouts or 
dougas be that extra treat and not something you 
have to purchase again?
