Well, Sweet Alexia (or so) hasn't contacted me 
again. I guess I lost her email and she lost 
interest, but I'm not sure, she was all hot about 
getting the cel in question. However, I need to 
support my mother a bit and I want to sell the 
cel in order to get the funds. So I want to put 
the cel on eBay and step out of the deal with her.
Not her fault, it's just that my mother spent 
more than 200k for my future and is all broke now.

I've tried contacting her through the 3 main cel 
forums (this, Chaos and Rubberslug), but I never 
got a response. 

So what should I do? Put the cel on eBay and when 
she pays, refund it or wait until christmas which 
is when she was going to pay?
