I prefer Heiko bags, but there are a lot of other 
kinds of cel bags out there. Not all have a 
sticky strip, and actually some people prefer 
ones without the sticky strip. The most important 
thing for a cel bag is that it be acid free.

That said, I don't know why Rinkya would give out 
cel bags that weren't good for cels. ^_^; They're 
much more knowledgable than that.
