I am still new to cel collecting, but I have 
asked many of my friends (who are seasoned cel 
collectors) and none of them seems to know what 
the prime symbol means.  My Void Card cel (from 
the second CCS movie) is labelled "C14' END" and 
I was just wondering if anyone knew what this 
meant.  My friend Weyrlady owns a cel from the 
same sequence and it is labelled C12'.
