My opinion is that if it sounds too good to be 
true, it probably is. Translation programs do not 
always give a full understanding. I would stay 
clear of these cels and be cautious about buying  
cels that seem to be similar. 

I don't own any Ghibli cels (mostly because of 
the prices on them) so if I were to ever get one, 
I'd want to make sure it was from a very 
reputable buyer, not an online auction.
