The UFO catcher you're referring to was a custom
plushie made by the extremely talented 
Hatsukoi
Kyo was unfortunately a one of a kind item. 
Hatsukoi does not ever repeat or sell her
patterns, but as Cres mentioned, you could
possibly get one of the other fan-plush makers in
the community to make you something similar.

Cres, funny you should mention her site ^_^.  She
has a link to the custom section that's kind of
hard to find on the main page.  In addition to
selling liscensed items, she's also working now to
develop prototypes for commercial work.  On the
side she does commissions (I am waiting most
patiently for mine *G*) and occasionally puts some
of her art up on eBay.  They always end in the
hundreds.
