Hello, I got in a cel today that was not only 
packaged bent, but packaged so poorly that tape 
is now stuck to it.  By packaged bent I mean 
that the seller(a private seller) stuff the cel 
in the envelope so that it bent and has created 
a permanent crease.  IT WAS NOT DONE BY THE 
POSTAL SERVICE OR OTHERWISE, and it was not told 
to me before that it was damaged.  So either the 
seller lied/witheld information, or they damaged 
it with their shipping method.  AND, the tape 
was very obviously done by the packaging because 
I had to rip what I could off of the cel.

Should I try contacting the seller.  Getting my 
money back?  Something, any kind of compensation.

Also, this cel was supposed to be a gift, but 
it's very damaged now.  Thank you in advance.
