Just because the studios made the anime does not
mean the paper is theirs, and if the paper is not
theirs they definitely can not sell it.

So if you see more than one name on the copyright
expect problems for genga and douga surfacing.

If the anime has aired in Japan and it has been over
one year,  chances are the genga and douga have
been destroyed, This is sort of the reason you aren't
seeing Rileu cels made for older CG anime.
