Unless you know how to change your hardware
acceleration settings (to none) on the dvd program
your computer has you wont be able to take a
screenshot with the print screen button.  I think
this also works with Media Player.

I know that PowerDVD has a screenshot button, but
only on certain versions (which I had to buy the 
full version because the one already on my
computer was apparently only a partial one).
