I like their binders themselves because they have
a zipper along the sides, but I was wondering if
their sleeves are safe for cels.  They say they
are polypropylene and acid free, but I couldn't
find info if they were lignin or PVC free as well.  

Anyone know if they are?  I've got some very
expensive cels and want to be very careful with them
