I understand what you're saying.  There are 
series that I like, but I'd never collect because 
the available cels have been picked over already. 
The good ones are in collections and the iffy 
ones that come on the market now are overpriced.

Still, that is why I'm focusing on CCS: to begin 
with, there were a lot of cels produced, (70 
episodes worth plus two movies).  And with prices 
now coming up (though for the middle-end, not 
hugely) that's drawing good material out onto the 
market as the original buyers take their profits. 

You probably need to cast about and see what's 
still available that fits your interests.  It's a 
shame to pass up lots that are priced for a 
buyer's market because you are only interested in 
material that's now gone into a seller's market.
