I got this msg last time i asked about paypal:

PayPal allows you to have two (2) accounts under 
their Terms of Service.

1 Personal Account (which cannot accept credit 
cards)

1 Premier Account (which can accept credit cards)


You should have one of each.  Direct credit card 
payments to the Premier Account, where you will 
be screwed over for 3% of the total.

Direct cash tranfers to the Personal Account, and 
avoid all the surcharges.



My question is ...how do you set this up... - -;;  I can't 
seem to figure out how to set up both accounts under 
one name. - -;
