I can see them fine too. And I often get 
the "red X of death" instead of a photo on ebay 
and many other sites because of my anti-virus 
software.  I couldn't view any photos on Anime 
Museum's site until Stephen suggested turning 
off my anti-virus -- worked like a charm.  
(Though it still scares me to death to disable 
my anti-virus, even for a few minutes while I 
browse! :)  Perhaps you could suggest that to 
the people who are emailing you that they are 
experiencing problems.
