I don't know if you've caught on to this yet - but
people aren't likely to bid on that cel. You've
listed it lord knows how many times, and there
isn't anything too enticing about $250. People who
check ebay regularly are going to see it over and
over, and even if they did like it, they whole "no
one else wants it" notion hangs over their head. 

I'm not trying to pick a fight or anything, but
you claim to be desperate - so maybe you should
start with a low starting bid, let the bidders
increase the demand/value. If they want to.

Even with that said, I can't guarantee lots of
bids will bring it to $250. This is the worst time
of year for selling - because tons of people are
doing it. AND we're poor from the holidays ^_~
