The show came out before the DVD craze started.
I love this show and want to get the F series 
myself.
I have several of the LD's, but I havent seen it 
for sale yet in Japan on DVD.
I am eternally hopefull that it will get picked 
up over here.
Your cel looks like the evil witch from F though.
Its a completely different story than the OAV's.
Much better in my opinion.
