Dont all cels have there sequence written on them? 

Its silly then if some stores (like animaxis) does
not tell you the letter/number on the cel there
selling. I'd like to know if i'm buying a
ending/middle/beginning or whatnot.

Is it normal to not know the sequence when buying
a cel? (I'd think it would be pretty important to
know, as they could be key/end/beg cels.)
