I'm so sorry :( *big hug*

*f* I really hope that Steve is okay and starts to
feel better soon.  I hope your hand feels better
soon too.  I've had a couple scares lately as
well.  Our little female ferret seemed to grow a
bump on her head over night, after a few days it
didn't seem like it was going to go away so we
took her to the vet.  It turns out she had a tumor
on the top of her skull which also went into parts
of her nasal cavity and also close to her brain. 
They had to do surgery on her Tuesday morning and
removed what they said was a very hard mass and
wanted to do a biopsy to see if it was malignant
or not.  

I got a phone call from the vet this morning and
she said that it was a benign bone tumor called
osteoma.  She said that since she could not remove
 all of it, it might grow back but it would only
grow to a certian size and would stop growing so
she might end up with a permanent bump on her head.

 He's been stabbed several times and still comes
