You can buy an archival scrap book (usually would
find these at places like Wal-mart).  They offer
sizes of 12" X 12", are acid free, and have hard
covers.  Depending on what brand you buy, they can
generally be cheaper than Itoya books.

The reason why I get Itoya books is because I get
them for free whenever I buy my college books! 
Nothing can be cheaper than that.  And they have
always done the job quite nicely, especially now
that they are coming out with the harder plastic
covers that are more durable.  :)
