Has anyone gotten a cel that has what seems to 
be an air pocket between the acetate and the 
paint? It's easy to tell that the paint is not 
attached to the acetate because of the color 
change with the surrounding paint. It's a small 
area, and it doesn't bother me much. I'm just 
wondering if there anything that can be done? Or 
is it best to let it be? Thanks ^__^
