Hi. I'm new to cel collecting, and I'm a bit 
lost as to what "cel books" are. I know they are 
like a binder, but that's about it. What I'd 
really like, is maybe some brand names that are 
good, and that can be bought over the net. 
Preferably a US or Australian site (I live in 
Australia)

2040 cels, and a few Ninja Turtles ones :)
