Having been a fan of FAKE long before it was 
translated, it's easy to see the huge growth 
spurt the fandom has encountered recently, from 
fanfiction to membership on the ML I visit. I 
can't see anyone willing to part with their 
cels - not unless it's for a huge amount anyway.
