Offer period is from now until 23rd February 2004.  
This doesn't mean I take that long to reply to sell a cel, that 
only means that I wont accept anymore offers on any 
cels.

If somebody makes a reasonable offer on a cel I 
probably sell straight. Some cels I wont part with if I wont get 
the amount back that I paid for them and there are some cels I 
wont let go at all, but I don't have time to mark them at this 
time. 

Sorry to handle it this way, but I really don't have 
the time to choose and build pages with cels that I would let go 
of so instead I just put them all up and go from there.
