Ok I don't know if my prayers have been answered 
or what. But what do you think about this Chrono 
Trigger cel? It was done by Akira Toriyama (who 
created Dragonball). He teamed up with 
Squaresoft to do this project if you did not 
know that already =) But truthfully, its hard to 
feel very assured since the seller has 0 
feedback... and I do not see any cel numbers or 
signatures either. But I believe this was done 
for an artwork of his. Here is a picture of what 
the cel was used for:
