He's still doing the dep but these days he 
probably won't reply back unless you recently 
won something through him and you have a 
question about that.  He still takes requests 
but he won't confirm that he received them (plus 
he won't bid if your maximum amounts are too low 
and the chances of success too slim).  He might 
also be too busy to take on new customers and 
could only be dealing with people who have a 
good record with him.

If your messages aren't related to any of the 
above, I would suggest that you just continue e-
mailing him (but be sure to keep the e-mails as 
simple, polite, straightforward, and concise as 
possible).
