resources for sketches from cg shows... (Thu Feb 26 10:31:10 2004 )

okay, so i can't help but notice the recent 'one piece'
genga additions that seem to have surfaced in various
collections. i haven't been as attentive to updates as i
once was, but i'm fairly sure i didn't miss too much and
i've been wondering where this sudden wealth has
come from. so my question is this: what resources
besides online cel dealers, yahoo japan, and
mandarake are there for multiple-cut/bulk sketch
purchases from cg shows (esp. for american
collectors)?

i know no competitive collector wants to give away
specific trade secrets, but a general hint would be nice.
i feel quite the (albeit willing) chump when i go after a
single sheet or cut of genga, while knowing there have
been bulk sets had. so does one strike a deal with
friends/acquaintances in japan? does one pay dealers
finders' fees? does one count on private collector
trades/sales? or are we back to the chibi ninjas?

i really have no idea and i've often wondered about
this, what with the onslaught of cg anime filling up my
favourites list... which is why i'm asking those of you in
the know. thanks in advance for sating my curiosity!

/t.
