find a cel...I'm trying to find a cel from Plastic
Litte, of a character named Roger, the token black
guy played by Doug Smith. I'm trying to find a cel
either from the time at 3 minutes 30 seconds, 6
minutes 10 seconds, or 38 minutes 56 seconds. I
saw a cel of roger once before at an anime
convention for $15, but had no money left to grab
it. My internet searches have been somewhat in vein.
