What I get from this is that the cel does not
come with a douga, and that it is stuck to a
sheet of blank white douga paper. It's also
calling attention to the rather obvious line
fading at the top of the character's spectacles
on the right. (I've never seen these referred to
as "Torres lines," though: can some one with more
command of Japanese explain.)
Other apparent defects are the result of
reflections showing up when the digital photo was
taken.
The doesn't say that it is a "group cel" (i.e.
fancel) so I would assume that it is indeed real.
