For those of you that have use deputy services 
(rinkya, animechaos, hobby shop k, etc). On 
average what is the cost to ship a cel from japan 
to usa.  Normally the shipping within japan to 
the deputy service seems to be a fixed amount 
that varies between the deputies so I was 
wondering how much of a variance is it for the 
shipping to the usa since some have handling fees 
etc associated with this unknown cost (that or I 
can't figure out the weight the item is to figure 
out the postage rate).
