Hello I was sorting through my animation cels and 
sketches and I came across one sketch I had 
recieved and I do not know what it is from.Now I 
deal in Anime cels and by the looks of this 
sketch to me it looks american.So im asking if 
any of you comic buffs may be abe to recognize 
this character from what sketch there is.Or if it 
is from an american cartoon.Maybe someone can 
identify him by the symbol on his chest
