WOW, has everyone been to Rinkya to check out 
their new design?!  I am BLOWN away by the new, 
ultra spiff-o-rama that they've incorporated 
into their site.  It is so nice, very 
professional looking, and they've added some 
awesome new features that make the site and 
browsing YJ incredibly easy.  I am 110% 
impressed!  The only gripe I have is that the 
links to your favorite searches under 'my 
Rinkya' could be done a little better.  They're 
soft of confusing since the 'Delete' is so well 
blended in with the actual link to the search. 
Asylum also could have used a makeover.  They 
also look more organized and professional.

Speaking of change, we just had a seminar this 
morning on how to manage productivity during 
times of change.  This is one of those times.  
Initially it'll freak y'allus out, but in the 
long run it's going to be niiiiiiice.  You'll 
get used to it in no time. ^_~
