Well, this is the second request on this topic 
and on this board. (If this seems like 'deja vu', 
you are right!) 

There was no response, from her, to the last post 
btw.

Hmmm.. What's the deal, or what's the problem?

Is anyone still waiting for their cels since 
February 21-22? (..over 5 weeks ago)

It is almost April. This is not good, not good at 
all.

Usually, when I am finally pushed to post here 
about something like this, the thing arrives in 
the mail the same day. I hope that the 
same "karma" is in effect, and I can forget about 
the whole thing soon. 

I will be leaving town for a long time, and I 
need to settle this. So, I will have to take 
more "stringent measures" soon if this is not 
concluded.

If anyone out there is her friend, please contact 
her about this.
