A very well known dealer (Keep Track Page 1,
even) claimed he had never received my IPMO. I
sent a PayPal payment soon after and filed a
claim with the post office. I received a letter
a month later showing that the MO had been
cashed.
I scanned the invoice and emailed it to the
seller, and he apologized as he had overlooked
my payment. I don't think it was intentional (I
had been doing business with him for nearly 5
years) and was quick to remedy the problem. He
gave me a merchandise credit. Since I bought
things from his shop many times, I ended up
using it eventually.
I suggest contacting the seller and explaining
what happened (I'd scan a copy of that notice,
too). Dealers do make mistakes. ^_^;
