OK, I haven't seen it, but I have seen other cels like this, 
and I believe this is from Pretty Sammy.  Which one I 
don't know.  Yes, every cel  I have seen lists her as 
Achika.  No storyline is carved in stone when you are 
talking about Tenchi!
