Good eve!

Anyone happen to know which Seikai series the
below cel is from -- Crest of the Stars, Banner,
or Banner II?

From what I have gathered so far..  The character
design looks like Banner I/II (edges of Lafiel's
chin are more rounded).  A quick skim-through of
all the DVDs yielded no hits, so I'm not sure.  I
could have easily missed it, so I was hoping
someone here might be able to recognize the scene
^_^;.

Perhaps the cel came from the "specials" and not
the TV series..?  Any help would be appreciated!
