Personally I do not know why they just do not
allow people to bid even though they did not buy
the program. IMO they are asses for doing things
like this. If they wanted to make it easier so
every interested person could participate, they
could allow people to view it online and pay
directly with a creditcard for instant access,
even the day or hours before the auction! But
whatever they aren't thinking like this, they want
people to buy and have the program mailed to them
via EMS, more wasted money, and then you can
participate. Pass!
