That might be true, however, I like to keep in mind that there 
were 70 episodes of CCS plus two movies.  That makes a lot of 
cels at 15-24 frames/second x 22 minutes/episode.  So even if 
you went with only 10 frames/second, you would have 924,000 
cels for the TV series.  Granted some of the shots are bank shots 
and repeats for the OP.  That still leaves a whole lot of cels.  It 
also seems that the really A grade cels from CCS have not come 
down much in price nor are offered frequently.
