It seems that this is an opportunity to celebrate 
the day in one of several possible ways:

1.  Show me a cel from an anime series that is, 
shall we say, "unique" ... indeed, so unique that 
it might be difficult to track down evidence that 
the series exists.

2.  Or ... a cel featuring Sakura Kinomoto from 
CCS, whose birthday is today. 

3.  Or ... a cel depicting hanami, the annual 
festival honoring the cherry blossoms.

4.  Or ... failing that ... a cel portraying 
someone tricking someone else.

I'll opt for #1: the only cel I've ever seen from 
the extremely obscure CLAMP-inspired anime series 
Neko ni Narumon!.
