Well, I just got a rather nasty email. It seems
someone out there has a sequence mate to a cel I
own and sent me this email claiming I have their
cel pictured in my gallery and asking why.
I am rather peeved this person didn't even
consider the possiblity that we might just have
consecutive sequence numbers which is why they
look the very similar. Add to that the number of
A1-end and rare cels in my gallery, there would
be no logic for me to steal someone else's image
of a not-so-rare cel, and post it as my own.
I went to her gallery, and even if I could
photoshop out the huge watermark she has
covering the entire cel almost (I probably
couldn't with my skills) her cel is cropped way
in on the sides. So unless I used some very
incredible skills to put the sides of the cel
back in, it should be obvious it's not her cel.
Sorry if I'm ranting. I just replied to her
email in probably a less political way that I
should have. I'm at work so I can't scan in the
cel, and my home internet is down. Once it's
back up I plan to scan in my cel including the
very top with the sequence number visible and
send it to her and I sincerely hope I get an
apology, although part of me doesn't want to
waste any time on someone accusatory like this.
Suggestions?
